Dr Cuff is very pleasant, thorough in his evaluation and very professional in his manner. .

Dr. Cuff listens attentively, answe all questions and takes time to educate the patient on their condition and what to expect with every intervention being considered. While other surgeons told me that physical therapy after a reverse shoulder arthroplasty was optional, Dr. Cuff thoroughly explained his post-surgery protocol, which includes several weeks of physical therapy. If you do what he says, you will be pleased with the results.

This was my first visit to Dr Cuff. He was extremely pleasant and listened well to my concerns. He quickly diagnosed my problem after X-rays and an exam. He kindly gave me a full explanation of my condition and the best treatment plan for it. I left very impressed with the entire experience.

Dr. Cuff reviewed my x-rays with me and suggested a course of action. He definitely did NOT push me towards immediate surgery, which I greatly appreciated. He was as gentle as possible when administering cortisone shots.

What stood out in my visit, as well as my experience several years ago with my other shoulder is Doctor Cuffs delivery of information, professionalism and making sure everything was understood as well as having a compassionate ear and amazing clinical skills.

Dr Cuff is one of the most understanding and compassionate MDs I’ve ever encountered. Very efficient and knowledgeable office staff. Dr Cuff performed two total shoulder replacements for me. I can’t imagine where I’d be without him today.

Unfortunately, the surgery performed by Dr. Cuff was unsuccessful, and nine months later, I’m still dealing with pain. During follow-up appointments, DR. Cuff ordered another MRI, which came at an additional cost to me. Due to delays in his office scheduling, my final follow-up fell just outside the 90-day post-op window, leading to an unfair charge to both my insurance and myself. To make matters worse, this visit provided no meaningful evaluation; I was simply told to consider a pain clinic because the calcium deposit was gone. When I asked whether the other MRI findings could be contributing to my ongoing pain, Dr. Cuff dismissed the idea without further investigation. The combination of an unsuccessful surgery, lack of thorough post-operative evaluation, scheduling issues, and the unjust billing has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. While Dr. Cuff may be kind, I expected a more comprehensive, fair, and patient-centered approach to my care.

Dr. Cuff and the entire staff are wonderful. The wait time is terrible appointment at 11:40 got into his office at 12:20. I have to admit once I was in the office area the wait was only about 10 minutes.
