Recently, I had my second TKR by Dr. Farr who is an exceptional Doctor of Orthopedic. His Twin Palm Orthopedics practice is outstanding before during and after surgery. All are professional, knowledgeable, personable and patient focused in ensuring a positive outcome. Nurse Practitioners Quint and Courtney are instrumental in your care and recovery. The Nurses are impressive in treatment and caring. Thanks to Lisa Parr, Surgical Coordinator, who twice facilitated the navigation to successful surgery. Dr. Farr’s physical therapy team has been the key to successful recovery. Both the medical and physical therapy departments are located in the same building and interact in a timely and mutual treatment of each individual. I’ve had numerous PT over the years where you were just a number going through the motions but at Twin Palm PT you’re a distinct person where an individual plan of care is developed, explained and implemented for you. Corby, my assigned therapist, is the best. Thanks!

Efficient, open and honest, good communication

Upon entering the facility, I noticed the cleanliness and then the cheerful staff as they greeted me.Dr Farr introduced himself and immediately put us at ease. He was thorough, respectful and knowledgeable. He made a diagnosis and explained everything completely. He was not rushed and spent as much time as was needed.I'm so glad I was referred there as I now know that I have an orthopedic doctor that I can trust! That means so much.

Dr Farr discussed my hip replacement surgery thoroughly and he explained my x-ray precisely and professionally taking his time making sure that I understood what is to be expected and how the surgery is performed. His expertise is apparent and I am no longer anxious about the surgery.

Dr. Farr is an excellent doctor. He explained the procedure precisely. Very friendly...walked in introduced himself and shook your hands. Very knowledgeable.

The first thing I was surprised about was that as soon as he walked in the exam room he introduced himself & shook hands with me. He also took the time to listen to my problem. I received a cortisone shot in my knee & didn't feel a thing.

Dr Farr’s office staff is horrible. Don’t disagree with them because you will never get another appointment. They can be nasty and as unprofessional r as they want but, don’t you question anything. Says a lot about a doctor who allows this to happen. BTW, he’s not the only game in town. There are some that are much better and have a professional and courteous staff.

I followed all the doctor's orders & therapy to a tee & in 11 weeks I'm back playing pickleball.I have scheduled the other knee for replacement in another month. Just like to mention I'm 70 years old & looking forward to a pain free life again, thanks D. Farr!

Dr. Farr explained my shoulder issue thoroughly and explained my options. Pleasant and very knowledgeable. Scheduling the surgery was hassle free. Office staff pleasant.

The level of explanations was great. All info was really needed for the surgery. Very good understanding.

As usual, good. He and his staff are very courteous. They take the time to make sure you understand the information they give to you about your illness and any treatment.

Hip replacement completed by Dr Farr was amazing. I was aware of exactly what was going to happen and was amazed I was able to stand up the same day as surgery. There is no hip pain after surgery as you had before. There is pain from the incision needed to replace the hip. Today was a week since surgery. Doing well. PT works you and it gets easier to function. Also the hospital team employees I compared to cruise ship employees which are the most helpful accommodating employees on planet earth.

Dr Farr explained what is wrong with my knee and gave me the various options that I have. He answered all my questions.

Dr. Farr is thorough and explains everything.
