During routine physical billed for services he never did. Then I received a bill for $425 because my insurance did not cover it as part of physician.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mattimoe for over 20 years. My family & I have seen first hand how the family medicine out look has turn into the rest of corporate America. All about the money instead of patients care. The worst part about the changes in the practice has been with the office & the manger there. I don’t believe they know anything about customer service. After the normal wait of 10 minutes on hold without spearing to anyone, they pick up like they are doing you a favor & rarely are able to help with what ever you may be calling about. That’s why my family has gone elsewhere for primary care services, & I am in the process also. Dr Mattimoe has always been a good Dr. but the office is run by incompetent personnel, except for Rachel, she is the only reception there that is polite’ respectful!!

Only meets with you for 3 minutes, charges you for 40 minutes...very very expensive doctor no matter what insurance company you have..

Dr. Mattimoe is extremely personable and knowlegabke. He is very thorough and I never feel rushed when I see him. I can’t imagine finding another doctor nowadays who is able to treat the “whole patient.” He is a real gem and a keeper!! I would recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mattimoe's for about 10 years now. He is always very thorough and addresses each and every one of my concerns. Although the practice is large Dr. Mattimoe always makes me feel like a valued patient.
