Dr. Nguyen treated me at bristol hospital several years ago. I told him I was an insulin dependent diabetic and required high amounts of insulin. After my blood test, I told him I would need 72 total units of insulin before breakfast. Dr. Nguyen only authorized 3 UNITS. I knew my blood sugar would go SKY HIGH and Dr. Nguyen would not come back to discuss it with me so I said I would discharge myself out of the hospital. The administrator finally said I could determine my own requirements.
