He was good. Where did he go. If local I need to find him. I do not want to change doctors.

Lack of attentiveness, no sense of urgency of care. Didn't listen or read past medical history. Overlooked many symptoms and didn't address my follow-up questions. Does not accurately note what was discussed and says we discussed things we did not. Took eight days to correct prescription mistake and refused to treat me for shingles and instead wanted to have a specialist see me for it. Said he sent a referral and it was never sent. In the meantime I suffered extreme pain and severe nerve damage. After two months of dealing with these issues the referral was finally sent.

Cancelled my appointment and told me to go to Urgent Care. I had already been to Urgent care twice in the last 2 weeks and that's why I was seeking a Primary Care Physician. I would say Doctor Pourtorkan lacks empathy.
