extremely poor communication from both Dr Scott and staff. Only after two appointments, (had to schedule and pay for a second appt because he had not in fact received for review my medical records despite my having called and was told had been received two weeks prior to appt) At the second appointment Dr Scott was rather cold, came across transactional. He did not care to listen and therefore I did not care to use him as a provider. his assistant at that time has fired as well

I feel he really doesn't listen or trust his patients. The first visit was nice, but every since, he makes me feel worse, and my injections will him have been scary, painful and cold from him. I have been a patient for a few years and went in hoping for some help as I had fallen, I felt humiliated by him, he could of cared less! I told him I would be looking for a new doctor. I have enough problems to pay someone who sends me home crying! Sincerely, Cindy

I don't understand why he has a low rating. I felt him to be very easy to talk to and caring about my condition. I felt very confident in his knowledge and diagnosis. He sent me to a Physical therapist that has helped me more than any other. I am really glad I found Dr. Scott. and will recommend and HAVE recommended him to other people.
