Dr. Derek Santiago, MD

We’re both very satisfied with Dr Santiago. I would also like to commend his office staff for exceptional attention and service. We’ve been to several cardiogist prior to Dr Santiago. None of those had office staffs that could compare with the quality of these offices

Dr. Santiago is a wonderful doctor who listens to you and will spend the time needed during your appointment to go over all of your concerns. The office staff is amazing and I have never had to wait for my appointment. He has been my cardiologist for 4 years now and I am so happy that someone referred him to me!

The whole staff was extremely accommodating. Dr. Santiago was patient, I did not feel rushed out of the office. He took the time to answer my questions and provided feedback. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Santiago is easy to talk to and answers ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAVE when I take my father to see him. I highly recommend Dr. Santiago.

I took my mother to an appointment with Dr. Santiago. She was very weak and sick from cancer. When we arrived, we found the office had mistakenly erased her appointment although we had the appointment card from them in our hands, so someone else was in her place. My mom was struggling to sit in the waiting room yet the staff did not accommodate her at all. She waited 1 1/2 hours to be seen even though the office made a mistake, even though she was so sick. I mentioned this to Dr. Santiago who became so arrogant and defensive. He was almost shouting at me and told me to talk to his office staff if I'm not happy! Seriously? NEVER EVER EVER would we go to see Dr. Santiago again. He totally snapped & my poor mom who had been struggling to sit in the waiting room and suffering a lot, just felt like she was tossed aside. I have never felt so disrespected. So shameful.

Dr came highly recommended.I went to him and did 3 tests. They were never forwarded to my internest. Also, dr gave me new blood pressure pills and my pressure was still high after 3 weeks. I called in 4 times and only once did anyone call me back. Then I get a letter to come in 2 weeks for bloodwork. The office is weak, will not go back. I called and wanted to talk to the office mgr, but they all cover up for one another. Good luck with this office, they are disorganised

Can’t thank dr Santiago enough ultimately saving my life and taking extra time to satisfy my concerns. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need
