This Dr always explain everything in its entirety so that you understands clearly, he is very knowledgeable.

He's the best doctor's in the world.

I have been calling this office for 3 days straight. The phone is not answered and the calls go to voicemail. After one week he finally picked up the phone and was annoyed that I was calling so much. I explained my situation and he was extremely rude often talking over me. It came to a point where I lost control and cursed him out. I did not select this doctor as my primary care physician my insurance company did. As a result I lodged a complaint with my insurance company HealthFirst and abruptly dumped them. Desmond Browne has this holier than thou attitude which is not good for bilateral converstations. If you don’t believe me look at the negative comments. They all have the same theme. Extremely Unprofessional behavior.

My visit is like going to a family.He takes his time to explain .His been my doctor for many many years won’t see anyone but D.Browne

I remember one time I visited Dr.Brown and while he was attending to me , he looked into my eyes and said your pressure is high and proceeded to check it. I gained a new respect for him.

Dr. Browne is one of the most thoughtful and knowlegable doctors I have worked with. His guidance helped me transform my health. Him and his staff were very helpful and available with all my questions and concerns.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR YOU CAN COUNT ON, LOOK NO FURTHER AS DR. BROWN IS INDEED ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. THE EFFORTS HE PUT INTO HIS OFFICE TO MAKE HIS PTS COMFORTABLE AS WELL AS THE ARCHITECTURAL INVITING OFFICE HE DISPLAYS. AS ONE OF HIS PATIENTS I WILL NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING DR. DESMOND BROWN TO ANYONE. I WILL GIVE THIS DOCTOR A FIVE STAR!!!!!.

Doctor Browne is a great doctor, I would not change it for nothing, we really wait because the space is small best on construction issues, but you meet with him, he spent time with you understand you, I love the experience.

Professional staff, nice office, Dr. Browne doesn't rush with his patients. He's a very thorough and dedicated doctor.

Dr. Browne is an excellent doctor; with a very large practice in an expanding small space so, expect to wait. The qualify of his care and medical knowledge are worth the wait. I've been his patient for over 10 years; although I hate to wait as well, I haven't changed doctors. Any doctor worthy of your health should have a large patient roster. Would you go to him; if, he were empty???

Dr Browne delivers excellent care in a comfortable and professional facility. He is current with his knowledge and always willing to provide answers and explanations. Our family is happy and satisfied having him as our Primary Care Provider.

Dr. Browne is an excellent Doctor! Extremely knowledgeable and up to date with new medical trends, etc.; He has been my family's doctor for over 17 years! He is the only doctor in that area that will still see a walk-in patient. He is a very caring doctor. I am a health care professional and I do not hand out complements easily. However, Dr. Browne always gets an A+ from me and my family.

Absolutely pathetic. Wait times are 1hr+, patients cramped into a tiny waiting room with no order. The facility is an old brownstone and is not clean. The support staff are imbeciles, not returning phone calls, not following up despite saying they will, and straight up have lied to me multiple times. Then the Dr and staff play a game of finger-pointing while you don't get the proper vaccines to go abroad. They will make you come in for an RX refill just to bill INS. Dr is always late, 11am/later

Dr. Desmond Browne---Impatient!!! Obnoxious!!! Doesn't feel it is necessary to explain details to patients. Overall horrible communication skills and service. Guaranteed to have the longest wait ever.
