Dr. Snow was very informative. She not only verbally explained our medical condition but gave us a visual representation of what our surgery would entail. She was also very respectful in the way she presented our two options. There was no pressure for surgery. She stated things very factually without biased opinion. Her calm attitude was also very helpful in contrast to our nervousness.

Dr. Snow- Lisy was definitely worth the wait! She was highly recommended by my pediatrician and I can see why. We were promptly seen the day of the visit, introduced herself and the resident that was training with her. She was patient, kind and listened to our concerns. To explain clearly what was going on, she even drew a picture/diagram for us so we could better visualize the condition. We hope our baby doesn't need surgery but we could not asked for a better physician to follow his care. Thank you Dr. Snow-Lisy and team for all that you do, we appreciate you!

Dr. Snow is always very easy to talk with, she speaks in terms that are easy to understand. I'm a visual learner, and she even drew up a little diagram for me to better understand how and where to apply my sons steroid cream. And when our insurance didnt cover the first steroid cream they prescribed, they were very on top of communication with me and did what they could to find an alternative cream that our insurance did cover. Always very satisfied with all of the care we receive Swedish!!! THANK YOU
