Best and most honest doctor!!!!
Dr Ben-Zeev has been my mom’s and mine doctor for 20 years!!! Her father was one of the best too and healed my mom’s cancer. She is intelligent, honest, honorable BUT above all, she knows her craft. She doesn’t panic and really looks high and low before making a decision. I have a high medical anxiety and she really handles me with care. I cannot give her enough praise!!!!

Best Doctor Ever
I love Dr. Ben-Zeev. She’s focused, serious, knows what she’s doing, has made an effort to get to know me over the years and really cares about my well being. She has come through with outside of the box ideas (tests, treatments) making sure to diagnose my issues. She is the doctor and is in charge, but that’s what I want- as I’m not a doctor. (Some of the 1 stars seem to have a hard time with this). What others have described as arrogance, I see as confidence. Plus, every male dr I’ve ever had has come across as arrogant. She definitely opens up over time, and one thing is for sure, she doesn’t give up on me. The bureaucracy isn’t always easy, but that’s not her fault. All in, I trust her.

Avoid this doctor!
I agree with all of the 1 star negative reviews for this person. One office visit was enough to show me that Ben-Zeev is not a doctor I ever want to see again. First off I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes in the exam room after vitals were taken. Not a word of apology or explanation for the delay. Once the new patient appointment got underway, Ben-Zeev was obnoxious & demeaning, calling anything I said to correct her misstatements as just "my opinion". She demonstrated tunnel-vision when discussing individual blood tests and ignored the need for timely lab tests, ignoring trends and the cause of changes in results. And except for one test that I insisted upon scheduling she would not schedule any others until after I undergo the wellness physical (for which the soonest appointment was 3 months in the future). This woman should not be seeing patients!

Terrible experience. I have never experienced anything like my first appointment with Dr Ben Zeev. Rude, unfriendly person who appears miserable and can not possibly like what she does. Not interested in people, she was robotic, cocky and although likely intelligent, does not possess the bedside manner to be a successful GP. Supposed straight shooter? Please, I love direct, but not when the patient is a scapegoat for her to vent her arrogance. She spent the entire 15 minutes on the computer checking background but not willing to discuss what I needed or wanted. Look elsewhere! It was a total waste of my time.,

I suggest everyone should get their own opinion on the Doctor. Do not rely on comments of the others.

Very irresponsible. After two reminders to send correction of the medication to the pharmacy still no result. It is now 9 days after my office visit and I still don't have a medication, and my condition is getting worse.

She's condescending and barely seems to care. She brought in a young man to take notes and didn't ask if I was okay with it. She complained I didn't get my labs done--even though she's the one who told me to wait--so wouldn't order a refill until she saw lab results. After going to the lab and waiting for results, I found out she never ordered the proper test in the first place. Doesn't like answering questions--totally patronizing and not helpful.
