Dr. McKenzie is extremely thorough in his examination and prognosis processes. He will not quit until he figures out what the underlying cause of symptoms are. He is very caring and understanding to the point of drawing diagrams of the issue, breaking it down into simple language for the patient to understand. Never see that before. He treats all patients equally.
