Dr. Dhillon Zaver, MD

My wife, Pratibha Paradkar, had cataracts in both eyes.At age 73, we felt she had high risk due to high BP, diabetes, spine surgery, vascular surgery and neuropathy. However, Dr. Dhillon Zaver made her feel comfortable and performed two surgeries within 3 weeks. He is personable, presentable and has great caring staff members. Post op exam showed that her eye sight is now 20-20We highly recommend that All senior citizens and Medicare patients take advantage of his knowledge, skills and abilities as Eye Physician. My Mother had a wonderful experience with Eye physicians of Virginia. Dr. Zaver was a wonderful surgeon, and his Spanish is 'AWESOME'. Staff was always helpful and kind. Dr. Zaver explained the diagnosis in layman terms as well as my options and the procedure. The day of the procedure, he again went over the process of the cataract surgery and put me at ease. He is very professional yet easy to understand when speaking about the medical procedure and the steps after the operation. Would definitely recommend him to family & friends. When it is time to have the other eye done, Dr. Zavar will be the surgeon.

Dr. Zaver took time with me before and after my surgery with clear instructions and support. He answered my questions and made me feel comfortable with and knowledgeable about the procedure. Dr. Zaver is caring and thorough. He even made it interesting.I would recommend him as your Ophthalmologist.

I recently had double cataract surgery and Dr. Zaver was my surgeon. From the moment I met him on my first office visit, I KNEW I was in good hands. He pays very close attention to all the details and approaches each surgery with a 'this person WILL have 20 20 vision, no matter what' attitude. He is kind, personable, and intelligent. I walked out with perfect 20 20 vision and could not be happier.

Dr. Zaver helped my husband with irritated eyelids, performing surgery to tighten them and keep his eyelashes from rubbing his eyes. He did cataracts surgery on both eyes, helping my husband to understand the processes, even though he's deaf. The office staff helped us get it all done, and accommodated access, and comprehension issues. All together excellent care.

1.4.23 Just had my 2nd catarac surgery with Dr. Dhillon Zaver. It could not have gone any better! No pain at all! Perfect vision from the instant I left the surgery center. No post surgery issues/pain with either eye. Absolutely amazing technology. I have to say that Dr. Zaver is also a very skilled doctor. He is trained in the latest technology and is very down to earth. I really felt comfortable with the whole process. I strongly recommend Dr. Dhillon Zaver for any eye issues, especially, cataract lens replacement!

Dr. Zavar performed cataract surgery for me. In all our appointments pre and post he was extremely competent and always interacted with a completely pleasing personality. Prior to the surgeries he was (and remains) my opthalmologist and has always taken the best care of me and my eyes.
