My husband and I have been patients of Dr Patel for decades and we are very pleased with his service and care. He is knowledgable and personable, taking th time to fully discuss with us any questions we may have about our health and treatment. We call and can get same day appointment when needed, a late appointment for after our work when needed. The office is very accommodating. When we go in we are greeted in a friendly manner and usually wait less than 3 to 5 minutes to be seated in a patient exam room. The office staff is helpful and pleasant. We hope to be abe to continue in dr Patel's excellent care the rest of our lives. Jane and Dean

This place is the worst service I saw in my whole life! You call them they never answer, when you go there they ask you to pay the co pay with cash only! They never answering the phone, you leave a message and they never call you back. When you finally get a hold of them, they are very very rood. On top of that the clinic is very old and funky have a terrible smell. And was. Ever clean, they didn't had soap in the batroo! Please do yourself a favor and go to any other doctor.

For the last few years I have always enjoyed Dr.Patel very nice doctor and very well educated no long waits. However I will look for a new family doctor for I am thru with some of his rude Secretary staff. Some of his staff is very argumentative, racist, and just plain rude! When I call in trying to schedule an appointment I do not need a person behind the desk telling me repeatedly that I have not been there before also stating we had no insurance. Your staff is ending your practice good luck!
