Dr. Hayslip was my doctor for around 10 years while living in Lexington. She took the time to listen while I talked and that kind of doctor/patient relationship is where the trust comes in. She saw me for everything from bad colds to a nervous breakdown and was always kind, understanding, and professional.

Dr. Hayslip was awesome she was easy to talk to and actually read through my medical history to help her make her decision and put me more at ease. I felt listened to and not talked down to at all. I felt well cared for and would have no problem seeing her again or recommending her to friends and family.

She is always so kind and friendly not to mention soft-spoken! I recommend her as a PCP and to make your own judgment regardless. I have seen Dr. Hayslip for anxiety and depression and she has been absolutely amazing! Not to mention bouts of sinus infections and then bronchitis that she has had to send me to a specialist over. The specialists at Kentucky ENT also have been amazing despite what reviews say. She takes the utmost care of me when I am ill whether it is a simple or complicated illness that she has to send me to a specialist over because it is beyond her expertise. I cannot imagine having a better doctor! She has been consistently the same since I started seeing her 2-3 years ago! Give her a chance. Even if it is beyond her expertise, she will take care of you! It took me about a month to get into the ENT but it has been worth it!

Absolutely would not recommend this doctor! Poor communication skills and no bedside manner! I have no confidence in her medical abilities whatsoever and would not entrust her to oversee my or anyone else's medical care.

I saw Dr. Hay slip during a very difficult time of my life. I can tell you from first hand experience that she does not care about the "whole" wellness of her patients. Her ability to see and diagnose an obvious problem is adequate, but her care ends there. If you need to see a doctor about any thing other than a sore throat, have anxiety, or any desire to discuss your overall health and well-being--I highly suggest looking elsewhere.
