Negligent-apathetic behavior
I would not recommend this doctor. I have a history of health issues. After being seen in the ER I tried following up with Dr. Jaime, I received a response she will review my labs. I waited a whole week and contacted the office again. Dr. Jaime never called me back to go over my results instead I booked a video call. On the call Dr. Jaime had little interest in my concerns. Her deliverance was terrible. During the video I put myself on mute while I told my husband to get out his phone and record. Dr. Jaime immediately said “I can’t hear you so I am going to end the call”, I immediately unmuted myself and told her I am still here. At that point she knew she I was getting my husband as witness or record the meeting so she changed her tone and acted more appropriately. She told me she addressed all my concerns but in reality I was the one who brought up the concerns because she would’ve ignored me in fact she would’ve never called me if I didn’t reach out over the abnormal labs.
