Dr. Bibbs is an excellent physician - both in her warm manner and in her detailed care. First class!

Dr. Bibbs has been one the most thorough, down-to-earth doctor's that I have ever met. She is responsive and checks every single suspicious normal lab value before it becomes abnormal. Dr. Bibbs knows her stuff. She is a very busy doctor and her patient population is large because she is the creme of the crop. Everyone who I have referred to her rates her top of the class. Im rarely disappointed with her practice in the past decade+. The only drawback is the commute to the downtown area of Chicago and the evening appointments can get backed up. She is definitely worth the wait if you do have an evening appointment. I would recommend her, better yet, trust her with my mother and sick father! She deserves 5 across the board.

Dr. Bibbs is a GREAT doctor, been seeing her for over a decade. I only give 4 stars, because Advocate Medical Group which Dr. Bibbs works under, is the absolute worst. They didn't used to be this bad, but ever since they merged and became Advocate Aurora, they've been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I wish Dr. Bibbs would move to another network, I can't see her under my current insurance, and I think it would be a far more pleasant experience if not for Advocate's archaic policies and lack of care or consideration for the patients.

I had the worst experience at this office. Dr. Bibbs is a competent doctor but her office is a nightmare. In the 2 years I was a patient, I was never able to get my prescriptions filled in any timely manner. Sometimes it took a month. The office ignored numerous messages from me and my pharmacy, they tried to get me to schedule appointments unnecessarily for a refill when NO OTHER doctor I've ever been to required anything but a yearly physical. They would not even give me enough medication to cover the time before a scheduled appointment, causing an interruption in my medication and potentially putting my health at risk. In the few instances, they actually responded, they sent the wrong medication to the wrong pharmacy. THIS OFFICE IS THE WORST DOCTOR'S OFFICE ON THE PLANET. STAY FAR AWAY.

Requested exam results six days ago and have yet to receive them! Unacceptable!

Dr. Bibbs is the best doctor I have EVER had!!! She is informative and always gives you not only the 'what, but the why behind it, explaining things in a way that makes sense to the average patient.
