Dr Mong is fantastic! I drive 2 hours round trip for her care and would go further if needed. She os professional, kind, knowledgeable and always has the patients best interest in mind. She involves you in all care and decisions and explains her thinking as well as confirms yours to be a team. She's amazing and summa and her patients are extremely lucky to have her. I live in Stark County and there are 2 huge hospitals and the care at Summa is FAR superior!

Dr. Mong is great. She's easy to talk to and she listens to your concerns and gives you real answers so you can make informed decisions for your care. She's supportive and kind. I have moved a ways away and still drive to continue care with her because of the quality.

Dr Mong sees me as a person and listens when I talk. She doesn't make me feel stupid or self conscious. She doesn't talk down to me. Respectful. I couldn't see her at the clinic near my house - but I won't go to anyone else for gynecology. I went to where she was working that day. So glad they could get me in. I was truly worried about my issue.
