In my opinion she is the worst Doctor I have ever encountered! She recommended vitamins supplements to treat my dad’s Alzheimer’s . Of coarse his memory problems got worst. We had to find a real neurologist to prescribe memantine and Donepezil. To slow the progression of his Alzheimer’s. I would never recommend her to treat anyone !

This is the worst Dr. I have ever been to. Her bed side manner is similar to that of a snake. She ran a variety of test. Made me wait for weeks for the results. She refused to answer my calls. She finally allowed her nurse to my appointment. She made me wait in her office for over 2 hours. She then spent 5 minutes me. She told me that she believed I was faking it. She told me that I must be mentally disturbed. Thank goodness I didn’t listen and saw a different neurologist. The new neurologist found a Brian Aneurysm. I needed immediate surgery. This Dr should retire.

I have dealt with her for my dad 11 years ago and now my husband. She immediately recognized my father’s dementia (one of the worst kinds)and also handed me an excellent book to learn more about all the different kinds called “the 36 hour day” .She gave good suggestions for my dads diet and vitamins etc to be on to live his best life for 5 more years. Recently I went with my husband who is having memory problems and he liked her very much. We feel like it’s best to have her as his dr at this time. She gave great advice as far as his diet, vitamins and best way to live to slow his dementia which is minimal at this time. She ordered some tests that we feel will be helpful to assess any damage. I appreciate her candor and humor w us. My husband felt very comfortable . Neurologists sometimes have to give bad news, but we know she will try her hardest to help my husband live his best life .

I have neve been treated so unprofessionally as with Kelly from Clinical Neurosciences of Tampa Bay. I was referred to Dr. Patel but somehow ended up seeing Dr. Pollock, who prescribed a Nerve Conduction Study. I called to schedule the study and they only use on technician who comes in for two hours one day a week and can't see me until next year! I asked Kelly what can be done to get my study complete before the follow up visit she scheduled in six weeks with Dr. Pollock. She was rude and said "you don't want to wait" - Until Next Year? No I don't. There must be another technician available somewhere before four months from now. I asked her what is the point of scheduling a follow up in six weeks if you will not have any test results? I guess more billing for the clinic. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back to speak to the office manager, Heather R. who is reportedly aware of the situation, and she hung up the phone on me again. Don't ever go to this clinic.

I waited for 5 weeks to get an appointment for an EMG test. I was in agony and needed to find out the root cause of the issue and had been referred by my neuro-surgeon. I was examined and then told I could come back for my test in 6 weeks time. They literally do not give a damn about their patients. I will find another neurologist who actually cares

She was not at all understanding or receptive to my husband's concerns AT ALL. I was in the appointment the entire time and the follow up was even worse.

She's awful. No compassion , rude, and refuses to answer questions. She needs to retire. She laughed at me when I asked about what might be causing my symptoms and said she would win a Nobel prize if she knew that. Clearly she does not care about her patients feelings. Terrible experience

Do you like unexplained test results? Do you enjoy leaving numerous voicemails and never having your calls returned? Do you have time to wait for bad doctor orders and mix-ups with your insurance? Do you yearn for the doctor to change the plan and not tell you? Do you have a primary doctor who can intervene so that this specialist's office staff can lie? If you answered yes to the above, then you will enjoy working with Dr. Pollack's office staff.

Worst neurologist I've ever had to see. Not only did she have no bedside manner but she had me hold my arm in the air and thumped me on the forehead. She then told me that my condition was in mental from a bad childhood and that I needed to see a kiniesologist, a known fraud field. I went back for results and she pushed the kiniesology on me again. She had no interest in actually helping me and I have no interest seeing her ever again. Thank goodness I found doctors who knew how to diagnose me.

Dr Pollack was knowledgeable and personable, and she treated my brother, who has dementia, with respect. She listened, fully answered our questions, and explained his situation and his options in terms we could understand. The office staff was also very pleasant, and we saw the doctor within 15 minutes of our appointment time.

My wife was diagnosed with dementia. Her previous Doctor had done little for her. Dr Pollack enrolled her in a trial study that resulted in a free Pet Scan. We were encouraged by the results. My wife was enrolled in a sleep study resulting in a sleep apnea diagnosis. She now has a cpap machine. And my wife is on a new brain diet plus many supplements. . Strongly recommend this doctor!

Dr. pollock is very abrupt and rude. She said I had deficiencies in multi-tasking and executive functioning. She never explained what that meant. She took my drivers' license away under the guise that I had a "neurological disease." She never told me what that "disease" was. She accused me of shopping too much and spending money recklessly--neither one was true. All in all, she has no "bedside manner" nor any regard for other's feelings.

My experience (2 office visits) showed Dr. Pollock to be very effective at determining the best course of action to evaluate cognitive concerns. She provided specific important information that I had not found from research or from other doctors. My second visit was more relaxed, and I appreciated her sense of humor, personality and diagnostic abilities.

I will not and would not take my cat to see this individual. I found her to be very rude, condescending ,and a overall i don't care about you attitude. She alerted me via telephone that i have a brain tumor ,not her but her PA or one of her staff. when i voiced concern over being told over phone n how upsetting was told by her its better then having to deal with family members calling and annoying with questions. Nice !! Also staff no ID on and One in slippers no Professionalism at all....

Rude and apathetic. My 31 year old sister is having stroke like symptoms so I called the on-call DR. And I got the rude DR. Pollock who shows no compassion whatsoever. Beware before seeing this DR. You can tell when a DR. Has just been in the field too long. So we're currently looking for a new practice rather than wasting our time.

She is not like any doctor I have ever met. Completely without compassion, does not show even a smidge of emotion, doesn't look you in the eye. Is unprepared for appts, making you return again for stuff you thought was going to be covered at the current appt. I would not recommend her at all.

Dr. Pollock is very matter of fact. She asks questions, orders testing, but doesn't really explain what she is doing or why. One of the tests the machine broke and they don't know if they will replace it, or anyone else who runs the test. I went to see her for migraines which she didn't address at the visit and when she was leaving the room I asked her what to do about the migraines while I was getting testing done and she Oh yes, and gave me a hand out.
