Dr. Roukoz is absolutely wonderful in every way! I wouldn't change her as our kids' primary care doctor for anything in the world!! We look forward to speaking with her each time. We love her.

Too busy too care for your child
This doctors entire clinic is incredibly busy. You will have a very hard time scheduling with her and the poor staff communication will leave your child with medical errors. If you want your kids taken care of right do not come here.

Amazing Woman Truly Cares
We are so Blessed to have found her a few years ago. She just has a way with communicating with my teen that is compassionate and honest. Her care has helped us with medical and mental health concerns. She gets to the root of the problem is not too quick with perscription tablet.

My 28 year old son Ethan was diagnosed with covid19 on Tuesday. On Thursday, I called junior's doctor, Dr Dianne Roukoz, to see if they could refill his prednisolone, because he started having allergy symptoms again, just like the month before, and it helped his croup breathing then. well it takes them 20 to 30 minutes to answer the phone. When the nurse finally called me back, she said she would never fill a prescription without seeing the patient, she ORDERED me to get junior a test for covid19, and said if he got worse to bring him the next day. I told her I wouldn't get him tested unless he showed symptoms, and I would never take him to that doctor again. Well the next day family services called me, said they have a case about me, and that they must come check junior. The girl who called me and an AMBULANCE showed up 2 hours later. Yes an AMBULANCE. I need to point out that the family services girl and the ambulance crew were incredible, totally nice and helpful. They check

I feel like my children are always a priority to her. I have seen her for 3 years now and respect and value her as a clinician. She never lets us leave with concerns unaddressed. She loves her patients and it’s evident every time we see her.
