Dr. Diane Pugh, DO

First visit she diagnosed me as an addict as she walked in to see me for the first time. I was in shock.

Love Dr. Pugh. She takes the time to listen and explains everything thoroughly. Staff is friendly and courteous. My only complaint is they need a bigger building and parking lot.

I can't leave a review about the Doctor because after 5 months I never saw her, after the first visit I requested to have appointments with her only, because of the complex nature of my condition and wanted a medicine review because of side effects. My previous Dr. included a note in the file outlining this, with the transfer of records, which they didn't get because when they requested these documents, they forgot to include the permission form which I signed authorizing the transfer. The most inefficient office I ever had to deal with. They lost misplaced and used expired tubes for multiple specimens for lab work and many incidents of fouled up referrals only to have them blame it on others. Multiple specialists' offices have concurred that they also have had issues with this office. Restrictive policies pertaining to prescription refills requiring a specialists' appointment with not even a limited supply to fill in until such appointments could be made, on meds that I had for 5yrs

For four years I was on a medication for blood pressure. I went to a ENT recently and the doctor was completely shocked at the medication I was on and said to stop immediately and wrote me a different prescription. Even though he has nothing to do with blood pressure he was so alarmed that he felt the need to stop and write a new prescription. He told me he was going to send her a note. I told him not to worry about it because I am now switching doctors. The medication is used for heart failure. He said it’s very outdated for doctors to prescribe this for blood pressure. He even made a joke that I must have made the doctor very angry to put me on something so crazy. He said this medication was slowing my heart way to much.

My elderly relative called the office for an appointment. She described her symptoms and was told to use ice and heat. After a week she called back. She was told these things take time. She went to the ER because she was in terrible pain and couldn't walk. They suspected a blood clot based on her symptoms and blood work. Turns out it was untreated cellulitis. Something she had reminded Dr. Pugh, during their call, that she had had twice before. STAY AWAY.

I am still recovering from adverse effects of an antibiotic she prescribed to me 3 years ago and have developed multiple chronic health issues. I was previously healthy without any major health issues which she herself stated. All I had was an ear infection. Now I have lifelong chronic health conditions which are disabling. As a result I do not trust any doctor now.

Great staff. Dr Pugh takes the time that is needed when I see her never rushed.

She's thorough,she's very caring, she listens to you and she is by far one of the best Dr.s I have ever seen. I highly recommend her to anyone !!

Dr Pugh was my Dr for 3 years I moved to a different state but I miss her being my Dr. She will sit down and listen to you , Gives her time. I feel she is very understanding

I have called the office after a visit to be seen again after getting worse left a message2 times never a call back.. made an appt with specialist..received a call back 10 days later. Not organized NEVER receive a call back.

I was referred to Dr. Pugh by a friend and from the first time I met with her last year I loved her. She is awesome. She really takes the time out to listen to what is going on with you and not rushing you out the door.

I reall like Dr Pugh but just switched Drs because of the excessive wait time EVERY time I have an appointment. I am patient and willing to wait because I understand that Drs are busy, but these wait time have always been excessive. After three years, I had just had enough. I regularly had to wait at least 40 or 45 minutes in waiting room and then another 25 or 30 minutes in the exam room before the Dr ever came in.
