Dr. Diane Snyder, MD

This was the most traumatic experience I have ever had. When inserting the speculum I asked her to please stop as it was painful. Instead, Dr. Snyder left it in stating 'you just need to stretch.' It was blinding, searing pain. When she determined I had been stretched out enough she continued, ignoring me as I said it hurt. It was only when I once more said to please stop that she took it out and suggested the smaller speculum. Why she didn't use the smaller speculum for a virgin is beyond me, this was information she knew. She came across as condescending, had horrible bedside manner, and kept trying to get me to use reusable pads. She was especially condescending about the pads which was very frustrating. That being said, she was as quick as she possibly could. If you have no issues with paps then sure, go to her. BUT, if this is your first, or if paps are usually painful try someone else. I am begging you to go anywhere else than her as she clearly does not care if you're in pain.

This doctor has shamed me about my number of sexual partners and is unprofessional in general. I left a bad review and she called my personal number and my mom even though I’m 20. Avoid her at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for over 15 years and feel she is an extremely caring and highly competent doctor. She takes the time to review charts before an appointment, ensuring she asks follow up questions from the previous years as well as family situations that may impact your health. Dr. Snyder always makes me feel comfortable, knowing that I am getting all the information I could possibly need yearly.

I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for 13 years and she is just amazing. Very thorough with GYN issues as well as other related medical issues, and she is good at making you feel at ease. My daughter has recently started seeing her and I thought she might not like her as she is my age. However, my daughter absolutely loves her!

My teenage daughter and I saw Dr. Snyder for a second opinion because she is one of the only doctors in the entire area who specialize in teen gynecological issues. I was in awe of her professionalism, patience, and mild mannerism. She talked WITH my daughter and didn’t talk down to her. She spent quality time with us and she’s an excellent listener. She asks appropriate questions, and she explains process in a step by step fashion that’s easy to understand for a fourteen year old. She’s the only doctor we’ve seen who sincerely wants to find the cause of my daughter’s pain and is invested in her well being. I’m so grateful! The staff is friendly and professional and the office is very clean. Truly a well-managed practice. I give TEN stars!

Dr Snyder has been my Gynecologist for 15 years and I like her very much. She really cares for my total well being. I trust the advise & the referrals she has given me. I think anyone that gives her less than 5 stars won’t like any Gyn doctor!

This doctor is extremely judgy. I went to her when I was 42 years old looking to get pregnant with my new husband. All my friends who were younger were having shots to help them ovulate and then drop an egg to get pregnant so I went in with this expectation and request. I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for years. She is amazing. I would highly recommend her. She is patient, thorough, and competent. She has always made me feel comfortable.

This doctor is not qualified to be in practice! I visited her b/c of mild vaginal infection. She subscribed me a medicine which will increase at lease 35% chances of breast cancer, patients should not use it for more than 10 days continuously, patients should have a routine blood test while using it. I'm so lucky that I read the instruction when picking up the medicine at pharmacy & called my primary physician immediately to verify all warnings are from NIH and it's a very dangerous medicine
