I was quoted a lower price on full face at my consult, I paid $175 to book. I returned for a test spot of co2 laser, I was told Dr Chen recommends ematrix and the price went up. When Dr. Chen came in she said we’re going to do ematrix on cheeks, then she also did my nose. I thought, well that’s not what I wanted or asked for but she’s my doctor so she knows best. Not thinking this is a money grab. I realize now that’s exactly what it was. She went over twice on a low to medium setting, which is weird because everyone said on this setting it’s 4+ passes. At checkout I was charged full price for full face which I said must be a mistake, dr only did cheeks for two passes and nose. I was told the doctor said that’s correct pricing. When I look at my face my full cheeks weren’t even done. I honestly feel like I was hoodwinked for $650. I wasn’t given proper or full service. I’d paid a deposit for my consult and instead of being charged the difference I was charged full amount.

Superb personal care, incredibly well trained and involved office staff. Keeps appointments on time. Dr. Waldner and her team treat everyone like family with the highest degree of patient care.
