The nurse practitioner at south clinic left a lot of important info out of what she told me of ct and ultra sound scans and did not listen to me I made appointment with dr Zaragoza and she explained everything gave me reports is sending me to oncologist and ordered more scans. Dr Zaragoza and nurses at north clinic listen take their time and do through checks. I will not be seeing nurse practitioner Jaclyn ever again

She is very caring and listens to your concerns. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I wish they had lab and X-ray at the office though.

I have gone to her for approx two years. She is always nice and her staff is exceptional! Reception and back office staff always seems to be prompt and caring. I don’t like having to go to different doctors to get different things done. She does very little in office. This might be the way things are now but I like the “one stop shop” best!

incompetent. Went to her 5 days after i hurt my back severely. I told her i was taking muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory meds that were doing nothing so her answer was to write me 2 scripts for a muscle relaxer and anti inflammatory meds. DUH. Ended up at ER ~ L4/5 disks completely herniated needing surgery. She was no help. Did not order xray~ ignored my pain. Useless visit, waste of my time and money.

Very friendly, never feel rushed, solved my diabetes medication issue that other doctors couldn't in 3 years time. There is usually a wait if you schedule in the afternoon, but if she is taking her time with others as she does me, no complaints.
