Office needs improvement
Dr. Cooper is amazing and the only reason I travel and see her although recently I started questioning the excessive amounts of labs she is requesting. Every appointment I get an abundance of lab orders and some of the testing does not make sense and I do not understand how it is related to what I have going on. My biggest complaint is the office staff. They are not friendly and act like you are a burden when you have a question or need assistance. They say they will do something and then do not do it. They do not call with lab results and when you request a call back it doesn’t happen. Phone wait times and in person wait times are long. Literally the only highlight is Dr. Cooper cares and will listen. She cares about her patients.

20 years of Excellent Care
20 years of care under Dr. Cooper have only confirmed my confidence in that care. Concern for my mobility & comfort & over all good health seem always to be her primary concern. Professional, knowledgeable & engaged physician. IMO

When I started seeing Dr. Cooper I had suffered for years with pain, fatigue, gastric issues, breathing issues, anemia and depression. My feet hurt so badly that clogs were the only shoes I could wear. I now feel better than I did when I was much younger. She is concerned, listens and has been enormous help to me.

The best
Dr. Cooper and Khadeen are the best, they have walk in appointments, for patients going through flares. Wait times are minimal for most appointments, and both Doctors are friendly, personable, and really listen to you. I have had nothing but the best of experiences here.

Office personal needs a total overhaul or training
Dr Cooper & her NP are fantastic. But every other dept in her clinic needs customer service training, or a complete overhaul. It is absolutely a nightmare to get through on the phone. I have waited up to 20 minutes on hold, been hung up on, etc. when I called back multiple times and questioned it, I was informed that they are very busy with a room full of people. However, every single time I am in the waiting room, which is at least once a month for Infusions I witness them put every single phone call on hold while they visit, laugh about other patients, and even changed tv channels. It’s gotten ridiculous. I am very familiar with the medical field and this is simply not acceptable. Also, it sometimes takes up to a week for a follow up phone call, even when I had adverse reactions to my infusions. There seems to be a great lack of care from the staff/nurses. I really wish they could turn the office around as I’m deeply considering transferring to the other local lupus doctor.

Not very attentive
Dr. Cooper seems nice and knowledge, so it's a shame that direct communication with her is extremely difficult. If you already have your condition under control and need someone to keep your prescription filled, she'll do fine, but if you want to see a specialist regularly you'll be out of luck here.

Disappointing and unprofessional staff
My visit with Dr. Cooper was great, everything else has been frustrating. It took forever to get an appointment or have someone respond to messages. When I did get an appointment, the front office was rude and not friendly. I had to start on infusion treatments which also took a long time to get scheduled even after my insurance had approved the treatment. They open at 8:30 and we’re late opening the doors and then a longer wait for their computers to get up and running. While sitting in the waiting room I could here staff making fun of a patient and then the staff mimicked the staff member talking. The lady that did the infusions was wonderful. I did incur an infection that halted treatment. I had a hard time getting my results. When they did answer my call, they replied that the only call if there is a problem. I needed the results to be able to continue my infusions. I lost a month of treatment and due to their hours and days off, I am not having luck with communication.

Dr. Cooper is simply amazing. She listens. She’s caring. She’s not afraid to order tests. She doesn’t make you feel crazy. Her NP…. I am absolutely not a fan of her. When giving me injections she left bruises and they HURT. They’ve never left bruises before but she put a lot of force into them. She also rushed the visit. I feel like she didn’t fully grasp on to what was going on with me because she kept talking over me and talking fast. Her phone staff- some are ok. Some are REALLY rude when you call asking questions. If you need prior authorizations and such… be ready to wait and for slow play. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails for the nurse to never hear back from anybody. Dianne Cooper is amazing. I wouldn’t change anything about her. Things I wish could be changed: Patient portal w/ records and results as well as notes available to download. Better call back times.

I can't imagine how advanced my disease would be had it not been for Dr. Cooper. She listens. She understands. She will turn over every rock that she can to help! Her NP, Ms. Khadeen is a literal angel! Caring, compassionate and LISTENS!! Her staff. WOW! I have never been to an office where it was so apparently obvious that they are all on the same page! Customer service is amazing from the front door to the back. Her office manager is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. They are all so helpful and caring!

I have been seeing Dr Cooper for over 10 years . She has a very professional , but kind bedside manner . I know she is busy, but she will take her time to make sure your answers are clear and understood . I saw another local rheumatologist for 4 years before switching to Dr Cooper . She seems more aggressive in her approach to rheumatoid arthritis and I like that . I know it is a progressive disease, but my pain and stiffness are well under control after infusion therapy. Her staff are kind and knowledgeable.

My experience with Dr. Coopers office began with a phone call to make the initial appointment. The woman on the phone was very reassuring in making sure the quality of care was top notch and I felt very comfortable. Dr. Cooper saw me in a timely manner and was the best rheumatologist that I have seen thus far. I have been trying to get a diagnosis and she was the one to give it to me. She answered my questions, very straight forward.

Dr Cooper and her staff are amazing. She listens, is sensitive to my needs and concerns, is very knowledgeable and has transformed my heath to a manageable condition. She monitors her patients closely and her nurses go above and beyond to care for us. I am moving out of state and sad to leave. Dr Cooper is an asset to my health and will be missed grately!

I had an experience where I fractured my pelvic when I went to see her she was the first doctor to notice that I was taking a medication that was not allowing me to heal. I had seen 4 or 5 different doctors for this problem and not one of them noticed this drug. Also I like that she is very aggressive and if she finds something wrong she calls right away and wants to take care of it. Final thing...I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Rheumatologist
