Dr. Dianne Winter, DO

I've been seeing her for several years. I'm the first skeptic when it comes to the medical field, but Winter meets you where you're at. She provides INFORMED CARE and stays longer than the 10 allotted minutes when you need to just get everything out. She gets to the point, but has great bedside manner. I've taken both young children with me and she is very accommodating. The last year or so, she has lessened her hours, so it's difficult to see her, but to me it's worth it.

My pcp of 24 years left Meritas. So I was stuck with trying to find a doctor who A-Takes patient’s Extensive medical hx seriously & B-Someone who actually Listens to the patient. Dr Winter is Horrible at both of those. I’m a ADN BSN RN, so I KNOW how essential it is to have a doctor that provides exceptional care, she is Not one of them. I’ve Survived sepsis 6 times. I get sick 2x, or more a yr, it’s landed me in the hospital. I was in the ICU 12 2022 for bilateral pneumonia post sinus infection for 1 month. I almost died from it. Initially I had hospital acquired pneumonia twice from TMC UH. I have asthma. Every single time I’ve been sick it ALWAYS turns into an infection. Dr Winters doesn’t believe in treating infections with antibiotics. She believes it’s ”Just a virus.” And no matter how many infections you’ve had, doesn’t take it seriously. The last time I saw her was December 2023. I caught the flu. 4 days later I had bronchits. She REFUSED to treat my infection, AGAIN.

I have been seeing Dr. Winter for about 3 years now and every time I see her I am satisfied with her care. She is personable, attentive and listens to me. I have been a patient at this location for over 40 years and she is the 3rd Dr. I have seen there.

Dr. Winter is wonderful! Every time I’ve been in to see her she makes me feel like welcomed, gives me her undivided attention, and really lets me be involved in my healthcare decisions. I’m so grateful I’ve found a provider like her!
