if he doesn’t have experience with symptoms he will immediately jump to mental health issues even if it doesn’t track with patient history. while dr. Castilla is charismatic and selects his words carefully— it thinly covers his contempt and self righteous attitude towards female patients. Hes not skilled enough though in his self indulgence because it leaks through in smug and non sequitur comments about patient history.
