I called the office,no body unswer a machine does asking live name phone call you back never happens there are 6 women there doing nothing but talking each other's, is sad because the Dr is a good person when we call the Dr is because we need answer that day not 48 hrs after I tried to get a referral on line but is not on service so they force me to go over there is very frustrating, instead getting healing I got sick

Dr Ferro is a fantastic doctor and his PAs are the best. I have not experienced office staff problems at all. I have only had instances of faxing a few things. Never had to wait long .

I LOVE Dr Ferro. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes his time to explain everything in fine detail. His staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE. They are rude, uneducated and completely incompetent! I'm absolutely amazed that they are able to work in the medical field. I dread dealing with them when I go for a visit! They are incapable of completing the simplest of tasks. I continue to stay because Dr Ferro is so good and hoping he will get enough complaints that he will do something about his employees!

I was one of Dr. Spracher's 1st patients and getting used to a new doctor and his practices were a little difficult. He takes the time to explain tests and plan of care and I appreciate that. On the negative side, following a trip to the emergency room, I was advised to see him within 3 days and was unable to get a follow-up appointment as advised. A recent lab test will not be paid by MediCAre because it was not coded correctly..A BIG STAFF PROBLEM.

I really like Dr. FERRO. He is a very good physician but his staff is HORRIBLE. The staff says they will call you back and they don't follow through. Over a month ago meds were to be called to my pharmacy and that never happened. Called office in regards to this they were to call me back. No again. I have been trying to get test results for over a month now without any luck. It's really important to trust your Dr. and his staff is an extension of his practice and the staff doesn't follow throug

Dr Ferro who took over for Dr Spracher is a great Dr. I like him personally and her listens and takes time with you....thats once you finally get him in the room with you!! I have waited over 2 hours before he finally appears! Its ridiculous! The office staff sucks to say the least!! I don't get call backs! I have to call them for results of tests or I never hear! They call prescriptions to wrong places! The list goes on and on! Done with them! Will NOT go back!!

After only dealing with Dr. Spratcher for so long, he advised me that Dr. Ferro will be taking his place. Dr.Ferro had big shoes to fill because Dr Spratcher was THE best. After a couple of years now I must say, thank you Dr. Ferro for your professionalism and knowledge of medicine. You always seem to put the patience best interest first. Honest and easy to talk to. I thank you for all that you do. Front office staff girls are SO nice and professional. Thank you for making paper work easy!

Dr. Ferro truly takes the time to explain everything in understandable terms. The negative reviews about difficulty in scheduling and problems with the staff were true when he first took over the practice, but those problems have been resolved.

I have been associated with Dr. Ferro both as a professional (I am an RN) and as his patient. I appreciate the fact that he is a partner with me in monitoring my health. He is thorough and professional. He is also busy with many projects which affects the ability to make an appointment with him. This is sometimes frustrating.

This Doctor took over a practice that i had been going to for over 40 years. This Dr claims that he can assist you with chronic illnesses but does not follow up with his claim. Yesterday i was told I would get a call back regarding an infection I was sufferring from and no one called me back. Today i called and was told I would have to wait 5 days to see this Dr. I am done with him...very unprofessional and discourteous to this patient

Dr. Ferro seems very competent, but not only is it almost impossible to see him, the office staff is truly incompetent. An exercise in total frustration.

Doctor is very thorough and explains everything in plain and simple language. He listens to his patients and treats accordingly.
