I have three daughters, the youngest Diana and Danna, they are their pediatricians, I really love them both, they are very kind, you can ask and they answer you, they touch and examine your children, I have the confidence to talk to the doctor. Since she is a mother and she understands me, I am from Venezuela and I was looking for pediatricians, human, good, to help you with the greatest things for a mother, her children, they recommended them to me, they are very good, prepared, friendly. Incredible pediatrician! I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could. From the very first day I took my child, I was impressed by the way the doctor actively listens to all my concerns and questions. Not only does he take his time to explain every detail in an understandable manner, but he also shows a humane and friendly approach that is truly reassuring.What truly captivated me is how he displays genuine concern for both my child's and my well-being. From the moment I first walked in with my newborn son this place felt like family. The office staff was very informative and treated my son like he was their own. I did not feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Diego took the time to explain the progress my son should be making and in what time frame. He answered my questions thoroughly and took the time to listen to my concerns. Plus he has a little humor too which is a plus for me. I am grateful that i finally found a pediatric office that truly takes their time to get to know their patients and parents.

Dr. Heraud has been a great Doctor for our new family. Helping to ensure our daughters well being is most important. Taking the time to go over everything with us and always taking the time necessary to examine her and find out what is wrong and what we'll help her. Truly seems to love children and his job. Would recommend him and celebration pediatrics!

We had a very disappointing experience at Celebration Pediatrics. Dr. Heraud was a waste of our time and money. He examined our child with no gloves and didn't even wash his hands first! He was very rude and it was clear his view is a "one size fits all" for children. He did not listen to our concerns and rushed us on our way. He become defensive when we asked questions. He made it obvious he didn't care about us or our child. I recommend finding someone else who truly cares about children.

Very nice and professional doctor. Very polite and intelligent. My daughter usually scared of pediatricians, but she told me that this doctor is nice and she would love to come back to his office again. I loved the new office and staff.
