Dr. Diego Miron, DDS

Dr. Diego Miron and his lovely assistant(I believe her name was Erin? Aaron?) welcomed me immediately during the consultation, and we developed a humorous rapport with each other. The day of the surgery, they did amazing! I have a small mouth, and their assignment was to expose a molar, and also remove two bottom wisdom teeth(might as well), and remove a baby tooth. They had an immense success. It did not take that long, and I was under IV sedation and didn’t feel a thing. I was in La la land. During my post-op checkup, I had already gotten a bracket on the exposed molar from the orthodontist, and Dr. Miron said that it healed well. He did a great job! I recommend him! A million times!

Dr. Miron is an eminent surgeon. I do not know about the other doctors but I guess they are good as well. Unfortunately, the people who make the appointments is a disgrace. I called them and got an appointment for my son with another doctor in the practice because Dr. Miron did not have appointments soon. When I was with my child in the office today…they told me my child did not have an appointment! He came from his college just because of the appointment and the wisdom teeth surgery! The lady in the phone gave me the appointment for evaluation, assured me he would have the surgery the same week, she even gave me the instructions for my child to fill out the electronic form, which he did! It is so sad because we have a tight schedule, and they did not even gave us an apology, they just did not know what happened. I think it is necessary for them to use a software where as soon as the appointment is scheduled, we can receive a confirmation so they do not waist our time and money.

The best of the best: bedside manner, technical, etc.

II came to Dr. Miron in the belief that I needed a tooth extracted, which would have resulted in extensive dentistry work. Dr. Miron took the time to explain why I did not need the tooth extraction, and put me on ease. His professionalism and humanism together with his wonderful staff are a pleasure to visit his office. Thank you Dr. Miron and Staff.

I received exceptional customer service from Dr. Miron and his staff (Jessica B., Tammy, Jasmine, and Jessica). I have had multiple procedures performed, most recently a few weeks ago. Dr. Miron is a physician that takes the time to explain everything to his patients and respond to their questions. He has an excellent bedside manner, but more importantly he provides quality care. It is hard to find all of these qualities in one physician (surgeon). I am impressed with both him and his staff!

Dr. Miron is an outstanding oral surgeon. When you go to the office you actually feel like they care about you unlike some of the large oral surgeon practices in this area. When my son was in pain they were able to get him in quickly to see Dr. Miron. He experienced no pain after his extractions. I would highly recommend Dr. Miron.

Dr. Miron is attentive, professional and has a great bedside manner. In addition, his staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. In my opinion Dr. Miron he is a brilliant surgeon, I would recommend him to everyone.
