Dr. Dileema Kalansuriya, MD

Dr. Kalansuriya is patient, kind, and very thorough. She will walk you through things, let you ask questions, and offer suggestions to try rather than just prescribing medicine you probably don't need. She is responsive through their online portal and via phone. It's nice to know I can count on her for any questions I have, all while having a great sense of humor and tons of knowledge. I am lucky to have found her.

Efficient, caring, thorough and capable

Dr. K has been my GP for several years now. I recently had an experience with another GP when she was not available and the service and attentiveness was terrible. By contrast, Dr. K always explains blood work, takes time to find out my health, nutrition, and exercise. She has identified both serious conditions and recognized healthy practices. She takes the time to ask me "What is going on?" and then gives me the time to respond fully. She has also been open to adjusting prescriptions when other doctors just wanted to leave me on higher dosages than necessary "for the rest of my life." I hear many horror stories of doctors who don't care or don't give the time, and now that I have experienced one I know how happy and lucky I am to have Dr. K helping me with my health and well-being.

Dr K is the best. She really listens and cares about you as a person. She is always there to explain things and answer questions. She is the brsy!

Disappointing experience. Pleasant enough but didn't understand serious medical issues. More interested in routine tests. Did not follow up.

While Dr. Kalansuriya is a nice person, every appointment I have had has felt rushed. I do not feel like she is there to help me improve my life...she seems to view medicine as a formula and is inpatient with solutions that don't work. I need someone to take their time with me so I am able to explain all of my symptoms. I always felt as though she felt she had more important things to do.

I had a 6:30 pm appointment for a physical. I had requested at the time of the appointment a vaccine and was assured they had it in stock. I was told the night of the appointment that they lock up the vaccines at 6:00 pm, so I was not able to get it. I was also extremely rushed through the physical. I was never even asked to put on a gown. The medical assistant kept telling me she was in a rush. It was so obvious the entire staff was more interested in leaving than in my health.
