Dr. Dmitry Grebenev, MD

Dr. Grebenev is an excellent endocrinologist. I have been with him for about 10 years of the 12 years since my diabetes diagnosis. He reviews bloodwork in detail, allows time for questions and discussions and keeps to a schedule. I respect and trust him.

He is straight forward with his counsel and he takes time to answer all my questions.

DR. GREBENEV always greets me with a hand shake and is a very caring doctor and is interested in your well being.He is doing great work for mankind!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grebinev for almost twenty years. I have always found him to be straightforward in his discussions with me and have even had interesting conversations with him about his childhood and education in Russia. I strongly recommend him to anyone needing diabetes or other endochronological care.

The worst doctor I ever had. His office was unprofessional, and he would not acknowledge it. He said others had no prob. Said he could treat me, or I could find another doctor. He would not even look me in the eye like a man.

Physician was not helpful at all. He totally dismissed my concerns and only said that in general, the cause of most patients with hypothyroidism, is Hashimoto disease. Will not see that Specialist again. He was not helpful at all!!!

He is not there to coddle you, make small talk or be your buddy. He is there to look at your lab results, discuss your current health concerns and conditions and answer your questions. You need to be prepared for your appointment. Have your questions ready and if he is not answering them, then tell him. He is direct and to the point. He is an excellent doctor. Make sure if you are making your decision based on the reviews, look at the dates, the number of reviews and the content.

Worst endocrinologist I have ever come across. Does not care one bit. Do not waste your time. Miss one appointment and will cancel you. I understand missing multiple but not one. He will not help you

I wish I would have read his reviews prior to my appointment. My review is similar to others who gave a low rating. I went to see him anticipating a consultation and exchange of data. The appointment was brief. He seemed disinterested in anything I originated or asked. He cut the conversation short and said I needed to take one of two possible prescriptions and return for a second appointment to inform him which I would take. Whether or not that is the only remedy available to me is not the point of this review, but feeling I had no option for a give and take conversation to full understanding was unacceptable.

I love Dr. Grebenev! He is direct, to the point, seldom smiles, may appear condescending (he is not) . He IS a expert in the field of endocrinology and metabolism. As for those who lament over his interest in your BLOOD WORK AND LAB FINDINGS, they are his road map. He is very observant . When he walks into the room he looks at you. He can look at your hair, your facial features, you skin condition; its color , your posture, your facial expression they all reveal medical "secretes" to the expert. It is really not a social visit. As for Tammy she is a delightful FOCUSED human being. She concentrates on the job. No one likes mistakes. I am friend to neither, I am a grateful patient.

I have seen Dr. Grebenev about 7 or 8 times out of necessity for a thyroid condition. It has been one of the most negative Dr./patient experiences I have ever had. Dr. Grebenev has no bedside manner, doesn't explain anything and appears annoyed at any questions asked. His nurse Tammy is just as negative. Horrible experience!

Today I had a Fine Needle Biopsy of a nodule on my Thyroid! I read too much on the internet and was frightened. Dr. Grebenev made it virtually painless. I knew everything that was about to happen, hardly felt a thing! Can not recommend him more highly! Thank you!

he is a competent endocrinologist and helped me lose weight, reduce my DMII meds, and lower my A1C - i highly recommend this doctor - he also doesn't make you wait for your appointment, is right on time, and communicates with your primary care provider - quite remarkable health care in today's environment!

This doctor would not listen to me about symptoms I was having, totally dismissed it and badically told me its all in my head, dont waste your time or money, hes too old school not up on the times. Made me feel stupid and he convinced my fiance I was just imagining my symptoms thus taking away my support, terrible doctor.
