Been seeing him for years he is great. I. Convinced my husband to see him and he finally has his diabetic numbers under control

Aweful staff and he couldn’t care less
Receptionists are rude. They get angry when the appointments they offer don’t fit your schedule. I was told that if I couldn’t come when it was convenient for them that I could find another doctor, so that is exactly what I did. Dr. Aiello is kind of dismissive of your concerns but the real problem is his office staff. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.

I've been seeing the good doctor for a bunch of years. At first I didn't want to believe I had diabetes. Tried to talk him our of it and said “I'd be good” I found out it doesn't work like that. Yes the doctor does slip with a few words, but he still a good doctor. I was in local hospital for an infection I got allergic reaction from a medication. Nothing to do with diabetes, but he stopped by to see me to make sure I was doing well. I have found out a few things in my life, but one that sticks out is treat other people the way you want to be treated. “Don't be Rude and they won't be Rude to you.” Take responsibility for your health. Diabetes is a tough disease! I didn't ask for it,but it can cause heart and kidney issues. Just a note. Before seeing Doc. Aiello my sugar numbers were in mid 400's. Now days my 7 day average is 97. A1c was pushing 12.6 now 6.4. There will be good days and bad, but I know the doc got my back. “I'm in good hands”

Have been going to Dr. Aiello for some time. He is very thorough and accommodating. He doesn't waste time but is very good about listening if you have a concern. Staff are professional and nice. Very little wait time. They do expect notice if you can't make appointment, if at all possible, but most offices expect the same, and they have notices up to that effect.

Dr. Aiello has horrible bedside manner, and swears during appointments with you. But the real issue is with his staff. The receptionist is crazy rude. She will cut you off and does not want to help you. The "nurse" is the most disrespectful "nurse" I've ever encountered. She screamed on the phone because I cancelled appointments twice due to being very sick in the hospital. This office is very unwilling to help and should be ashamed of themselves.

In office with patient literally less than 1 minute. Did not take time to listen or discuss concerns. Office furniture, waiting area antiquated, stained, and needs updating. Old and outdated.

You see his assistant and he only comes in for less than 1 minute. I came to see a doctor not a nurse, so I left and feel like I now get the attention I needed for my diabetes with my new endocrinologist. I would not recommend him.

I saw Dr. Aiello after I was found to have thyroid nodules and abnormal thyroid levels. He answered all of my questions, spent a great deal of time with me and explained everything to me. He was personable and kind. I would recommend him to my family, friends and colleagues as well as my patients.
