Dr Acquista appears to be a humble and professional individual, however, his front desk staff, the Hispanic lady was unkind, scornful attitude, and unprofessional. I called the desk and nobody answered. I stepped into the office and there they were sitting, chatting and laughing and NO patient waiting in reception.Mistakenly, my appointment was 330pm but for some reason, 1130am was on my calendar so I was terribly early. Although a patient cancelled their 1140am appointment, I was denied that slot. Besides the fact that I paid over $100 via Lyft to get there in pouring rain and traffic, I explained that I had a 12 hour shift starting 7pm and needed to return home to nap, am having stomach burns and felt nauseous, nobody cared. sadly, in medicine, for some people, the PERSON has been removed from PATIENT leaving a nuisance. It saddens me that until that nuisance is their relative or themselves who need someone to treat them as a person, there is no compassion or empathy.

Dr Acquista is a great Doctor, he kind and caring for his patients. He explained well your medical care and make sure his patients are doing good. When I was very bad in my health conditions none of any doctors I was seeing has took care my condition and when I find out about this Doctor I thank him he took care it . He Make sure I took every exam I need before give me the dinogsis what causing my gastroenterologist and my high blood pressure . Treat it right away. Any problems he valuable. I thank I find him and I’m very satisfied of his caring and kindness.

Dr A is caring, patient & understanding. He takes his time with patients and carefully explains everything. He knows his stuff!!! I know I won't be able to find another physician like him and that saddens me.

He is the most kindness,caring,understanding & passionate doctor. He takes his time to listen & answer to any questions you have. He doesn't rush you out of his office,nice office & wonderful nurse. He gives good med's. He takes you on schedule. He has excellent bedside manners.You can contact him anytime & he will get back to you soon.
