Dr. McFadden has an excellent bedside manner and a genuine care and concern for his patients. He takes his time and makes sure your concerns are taken care of and you leave his office feeling mentally and physically better knowing that he cares and is on your side. I’ve been a patient of his for over 13 years and will soon be sending my children as they outgrow their pediatrician.

Dr. McFadden is a wonderful doctor... the office staff is what makes going to this doctor unpleasant. The office staff is very cold. They do not want to be bothered, and goodness if you have a question be prepared to have to explain it 100 times to the office staff. I moved out of my parents several years ago, upon updating my information many times, they still call my parents house looking for me. Get it together office staff...

Dr. McFadden is an attentive and empathetic listener, and takes as much time as necessary to make sure his patient understands his diagnosis and recommendations. I have seen him for many years and have always had confidence in his judgment.

Dr. McFadden is a rare gem of a person and a very bright, highly competent doctor. Its very obvious that his focus is on excellent care for the whole person and he takes the time to really get to know who hes dealing with and thoroughly explains options. He leans towards the least intrusive measures...hes not the type to push you out the door quickly with a prescription. I rarely write reviews for anything or anybody but the effort and care that Dr. Mcfadden expends deserves the same effort...

I went to that office about 4 years ago and when I called for what I thought was an urgent medical matter they seemed to dismiss what I thought it was and gave no direction. I went to ER and I was in need of medical care. Never returned to that office. Found new doctor office and asked for records to be transferred, which never happened. I called to find out what happened they had no idea where my records went!!!

Went to Dr. McFadden for a few years when I lived in Blue Bell. He is not a bad guy although I was not the biggest fan. However, his staff is horrendous. The head nurse was terrible to interact with. I have recommended all my friends and family to use another practice. If you do want to go there, use a different doctor.
