Excellent, Compassionate, Great Provider
I had been suffering with other doctors ignoring my symptoms for many years, dismissing my thoughts about how I felt and how I experienced symptoms. Dr. Jackson was able to lead me to discover things about my family history of auto-immune disorders, and provide medication that made me feel like I could finally function again. He listened, answered all of my questions provided me with a scientific understanding of my symptoms when I asked for clarification, without being condescending and assuming I couldn't understand. Living with autoimmune symptoms can make life so frustrating. I hope that he knows how important the work he's doing is, and just continues to be such a supportive and patient provider. It's so needed in the world.

The best
The office staff is great and I get treated really well. The doctor was able to get me a diagnosis and treatment plan which I had been trying to get for years. They care and really treat people well.

Amazing physician!
I have been suffering from RA for over 20 years, and my condition was poorly managed during that time. After one visit with Dr. Jackson and him taking the time to figure out what was going on with me, my RA symptoms all but disappeared! He is kind, compassionate and brilliant! The staff at Ivy Medical Center is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
