Excellent Doctor!!
My experience with Dr. Pham was absolutely wonderful. I had been having lower back pain for years, and after years of terrible pain he fixed me in about 6 months! I just referred a friend today to him. I haven't had to go back for any further treatments. Y. Renee Miller 10-11-24

superb physician
I have been a patient of Dr. Phan for approximately 5 years, Despite my severe spinal issues, he has kept me mobile, largely pain free and reasonably vital for a 70+ year old guy who beat up his body for the preceding 60+ years. I have been treated with a combination of low dose pain medication, occasional lumbar injections and intense physical therapy at TMI Arlington to strengthen my core. No cane, limp or miserable sciatic pain. Plus his staff is truly professional and if you engage with them, pretty funny. He has been a life changer for me.

Excellent Physician
My elderly mother has been a patient of Dr Phan since 2013. We see Dr Phan ever month. He is kind, patient and ensures she understands her condition and the medications prescribed. He takes time to listen to her concerns and fully addresses all of them. There are other pain management doctors closer to her home, but Dr Phan is worth the 30 minute drive. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a pain management doctor.

I have been going to DR Phan since Jan 2022. He explains everything, asks about how I feel and preforms a spinal epidural with minor pain. I appreciate and trust him!

Miscommunication
Ended up in emergency because of massive miscommunication between Dr Phan and staff performing like robots. Could have been avoided if Dr phan aware of calls I made. And instead of focuseing on one prescription and not both prescriptions in urine.2nd prescription never discussed Receptionist answering phone is rude and speaks as if she's the Dr.. she's obviously not following rules Dr Phan gave me if issues with meds. She insists on 2 copay visits close together. Dr Phan said I don't have to do that. Dr Phan incorrectly referred me to another Dr down the street. Stacy in office said that's technically not allowed. After almost a month trying to schedule with new dr,ended up with no meds ,muscle spasms and emergency. Waste of time hospital and another copay now for $90. Over a month of severe pain after last prescription on 6/3/22

I have been seeing Dr. Phan for abt 5 years. He is very good with his patients and explains anything you dont understand. The only reason Im not with him now is that I moved from Texas to Wisconsin. I was seeing every 2 mths to have my pain pump filled.

DO NOT GO THIS SCAM OFFICE! I moved to Arlington from Dallas and instead of traveling to Dallas for every visit, I changed my Drs to Arlington. My PCP, my wound care dr., my hematologist. I wanted to change my pain dr as well. Called this office and they told me I needed dr referral and letter from old pain dr stating they’re not seeing me anymore because IM CHANGING DRS. I would call Dr Tran office every few days saying have they received everything. They stated they received referral but not letter. Called old pain dr and stated they needed to fax over letter. They faxed it over 3X and Dr Pham office still says they didn’t get. I physically went to old dr office and got letter. Called Dr Tran office to see if I could bring up to them. GIA THE REFERRAL COORDINATOR told me that they don’t take physical letters and it had to be faxed even tho they never received the FIRST 3. THEN SHE SAID HE WOULD NOT TAKE ME AS PATIENT FOR NO REASON AT ALL. ALL THIS AFTER 2-3 TRYING TO GET THE LETTER

Dr Phan is a good doctor. He dismissed me today all because i messed up. He do not push for surgery or injections like some has said. I did2 things wrong. He gave me a chance. All had to do was talk to him when the opportunity was there to do so. He is not going to lose what he worked hard to get just because you messed up. So for you new blessed patients just follow his rules, your contract and talk to him. He smiles and talk to you back. Yes im hurt because I lost him. It's ??. Marche R.

Would never go back to him his staff is horrible he doesn't address your issues he just give you pills I went to a real pain management doctor and he told me the problem I had 3 disc bulging hitting my nerves. The new doctor treated me not in pain anymore this doctor just wants your money, I have a good job with excellent benefits he took advantage of that no stars not a real doctor.
