RUDE DR. AWFUL BILLING! My husband came to Di Lima summer of 2020 when he had an accident on a boat. He was bleeding profusely & had severed part of his finger. Went to this hospital because it was the closest . The admin part was quick and then they sat him in the ER. He sat for HOURS wating for the dr. Every once in a while a nurse would say, "oh, we forgot about you, the dr will be with you shortly" or something similar. When the dr did come he was SO rude (Dr. Donald Bennett). He was sarcastic and flip and then said he could not help, gave a few shots, said a hand surgeon at Sunrise would need to see the hand. We went to sunrise and got ACTUAL care. Bills that we got from St Rose Di Lima were 2K than from Sunrise and St Rose did NOTHING. They billed $6,000 for shots& rude service. The dr office is billing us directly for an extra $1616 and they have YET to bill the ins. My ins keeps asking Vitnuity to bill the ins FIRST which is the process. Vitnuity cannot get this right!!!!
