Dr Casey please contact me Wendy Bonner 9139160 I need a letter stating you treated me for Lyme disease and it is very important for my health. I know you cannot find the medical records but a letter stating you tested me and treated me would be enough. Lies have been told about me and I have lost people dear to me because someone said I never had Lyme disease. I have cured it and I need the document for my book. I would like to hand this book over to the studied so people could get relief with chronic lyme disease and all it's co infections. Please I beg you for a letter or my medical records. When you closed your office I was treating for positive parasite infection. I can't work due to complications after my illness but I can write and add medical records to my book to help other patients. The documents are important for my future. You were the only doctor to help treat me and I used an alternative treatment and have been Lyme free since Aug 2015. Please write something for me

I love dr.casey,started seeing him in my teen years. I love his demeanor his attitude about life and his jokes.Great person , truly.My grandmother spoke highly of him in her lifetime.
