I recently saw Dr. Garland at the Hopkins Facility in White Marsh. My GYN decided to retire and it has been extremely difficult to find a new provider during the current epidemic. Dr. Garland was very patient, thorough, kind and gentle. I haven't been to a male gyn in years, yet I felt quite comfortable with him. I am very appreciative to him for seeing me.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to see Dr. Garland. I came in with concerns from a recent IUD placement. He never addressed the concerns and said it is what it is.
