Dr. Howard is an excellent diagnotician, listens well, has an excellent staff who gets referrals and authorizations very quickly and always faxes to the specialists' offices. He is always on time and extremely respectful.

Dr. Donald Howard is a very kind, experience and attentive doctor. He is never rushing and after a thorough physical examination he takes time to listen and answer any questions and/or concerns. The office is very well organized and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Appointments are given with a reasonable amount of time and once in the office you enter within a few minutes of waiting. I am very happy with Dr. Howard and will recommend to anyone.

Prepare to be forgotten. Multiple calls to get scheduled to see Dr. Howard are fielded by his discourteous front office staff and then rather than being seen you are handed off to a nurse practitioner who tries to diagnosis and treat via phone. This yielded mis-diagnosis after mis-diagnosis. His practice is trash. You won't be helped. They'd prefer you to stay sick or shop you out to other physicians or Urgent Care. Horrible experience.
