Donald Jones’ office is absolutely horrible!! Dr himself is rude and has no care for his patients. My son has been going there for several years unfortunately I never got around to switching him until today. He saw the dr as he hasn’t been feeling good. They gave him a strep test and sent him on his way saying he had a virus. I called a different dr who got him and he has the flu. Thankfully, we caught the flu in time to get him some medicine. This isn’t the first we have been told he just has a virus and seen someone else and it hasn’t been the case. Very condescending and doesn’t listen to you. Rushes to get you in and out as fast as possible. Thankfully, we won’t be going back to his office.

Very disrespectful, condicending, rude and unpleasant. Did not give me a chance to say anything or ask a question. Spent less than 5 minutes with me. creepy!

The best Doctor I've ever seen. He cuts through the chase and tells it like it is - I appreciate that, and he certainly has my best interests in mind even if I don't sometimes. I think he's great and would highly recommend. I trust him, and his diagnosis ability is spot on accurate.

He has been my physician for 20 years and has always taken excellent care of me. He is a wonderful doctor! Staff are also friendly and helpful.

Worst Doctor I ever had. This was a few years ago, but I was in a car accident and went to see him shortly after. He NEVER EVEN EXAMINED ME. Just wrote 2 prescriptions and said "you will be sore". 1 week later I called to call in a prescription and he called in the wrong one and accused me of lying & hung up on me, I called his office the next day & they told me he was releasing me as a patient. 2 weeks later, I ended up in the hospital because I had two herniated discs in my neck. STAY AWAY

Best Dr. I had in my life. He was my doctor for 10 years until I moved out of Michigan and I wanted to take my Dr with me. I would highly recommend this Dr. No complaints from me. The staff is friendly and courteous.

He tells it like it is and really knows his stuff.... I credit him with saving my wife from a potential life threatening symptom by recognizing and diagnosing what turned out to be a Pulmonary embolism
