I am disturbed by your bleek future for singers shared as a NATS panel member, I know no other area to voice this concern except here. I have consulted with other ENTs and a well known cardio throracic surgeon that is now practicing in New York City and speaks world wide and he is in disagreement with the report and decries your lack of innovation and reminds that it is out of date. Clinical trials are now in phase 2. Don't just give a bleek report but suggest ways to innovate. No need to reply.
