orthopedic Problem
I saw Dr. Mitzelfelt for a sore knee. He showed me all the x-rays and how they related to my problem and then suggested an injection and a prednisone regimen. I got the injection yesterday and it feels so much better. Thanks to Dr. Mitzelfelt for his thoroughly explained diagnosis and expert treatment.

2 shoulder replacements
Dr Mitzelfelt is wonderful. I get periodic Cortizone injections every three months. He diagnosed my rotator cuff problems and referred me to Dr. Merley. Who did the operation. Dr Mitzelfelt is always very friendly, helpful, and interested in what you are there for. He is very patient and takes his time with you.

Caring and explains things very well.
He greated me and introduced himself. Sat down and listened to me explain about my severe painand when it started. He was very clear with explanation of what was happening AND what he could do to help me. Excellent care. I would certainly recomend him to others. The facility is a wonderful positive In our community. Thank you.

Walk-In Clinic
Dr Mitzelfelt is so incredibly kind. He is so knowledgeable and makes the patient feel comfortable. I really trust his opinion, and will let him help me decide if I need surgery, or if the steroid injections will be enough to eliminate my pain. I was so happy as a walk in that I was lucky enough to have a doctor who formerly had been a surgeon for many years. I would recommend Dr Mitzelfelt to anyone with pain in their hips, shoulders, or knees.

Gravity 1 Me 0
I broke my elbow when I tripped racing the dog. The ER put my arm in a splint and into a sling. Days later my my hand looked like a dark gray boxing glove. I went to Dr. Mitzelfelt and he assured me it wasn’t unusual and got everything sorted. He’s a lifesaver :o)
