Dr. Donald Remaly, MD

This doctor is HIGHLY incompetent. He doesn't listen to his patients, offer the care they request or need, and never follows through on anything. He refused to give refer my 80 year old father out for an MRI after months of pain & requests for such. He finally gave him the referral, my father got the MRI and saw a surgeon, who chewed my father out for not getting in sooner. He still has numbness and pain that will never go away because this condition was not treated timely, due to this idiot

I highly recommend Simms Crossing Family Practice and Dr. Remaly, my wife and I have been going there for over 10 years. We've alway gotten good treatment there. Always a short wait time.

Dr.Remaly has been my primary physician for about 3 years. He has demonstrated genuine concern and actually listens and readily explains things in detail. When abnormalities surfaced he took action in a timely fashion and ordered whatever tests were applicable. If results were borderline or ambiguous he would dig deeper. I felt confident nothing would slip by. Assistants were friendly. Front desk personnel was the only weakness: pretty dry and far from personable.

Began going to Simms Crossing Family Practice in 2009. 5 different physicians (because when I scheduled follow-up appointments - the previous doctor was no longer there!). Dr. Remaly is the latest physician I have seen. First couple of office visits was ready to find a different clinic, but I gave it one more time and have been very impressed with Dr. Remaly since! HOWEVER, I totally agree with another reviewer and believe the front office staff to be totally rude and not patient friendly.

I really like the doctor but his office staff is HORRIBLE. They do not return calls. They wait 6 days to send in prescriptions and t uhe office manager is never in and does NOT return calls. I really like the doctor but am not willing to continue with his office staff - which I find very uncaring and thus reflects poorly on Dr. Remaly.
