Dr. Tsay Is my primary care doctor and he has coordinated my hospital and doctors visits. Currently he is having visiting nursed come to my home to change dressing on my back where I can not reach. He is consistantly quick to down grade serious issues which cause them to ultimately get significantly worse. My family refuses to see him anymore and will wait for 1 of the other doctors to be available.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tsay for years now and he always takes the time to listen to me. He has also helped me find other help when necessary. The office staff is rude but if you can get past that Dr. Tsay is great.

He has always been there when we have needed hime. He is kind and compassionate. He doesnt treat his patients like a number but a human being. I have struggled with severe shingles going on my 6month. And he has been always accessible to me. I would not change him. I am fortunate to have found a good doctor in my area.

It all starts with office staff and end with doctor, communication is poor, scripts not filled correctly, appointments 2x now when we showed up dated we didn't have one, even after reminder call was recieved. Doctor is very limited with ease of conversation, puts you on meds and with benefit seen in bloodwork, doesn't offer or change a thing. Doesn't ask or inquire about anything other than lab work. Doesn't complete a full physical you basically sit there and goes over lab results. Very poor

He doesn't listen. Never does anything but give accusation. Maybe if he listened to his patient & not assume the person doesn't know something is wrong with their body. I would never refer anyone to him. Since there isn't many options in this town, I'll have to figure out if I will move on to another physician. I've never had problems with the staff or getting an appointment the same day.

My fiancé has been seeing Dr. Tsay for the last two years. He is very nice and very helpful, the problem is the staff. Multiple times we have been unable to pick up prescriptions FOR DAYS because the staff did not respond to pharmacies. They are ALWAYS SO RUDE!! It takes forever to get them to answer the phone and once they do they are borderline nasty and extremely condescending and unhelpful. I have never had a positive experience with them. We have had enough, we'll be finding a new doctor.
