Always had excellent care and my sleep study with them was excellent whereas another study I had at another site was a joke

Sleep tech gave my insurance company the wrong date for my overnight test, so my appt. was cancelled 4.5 hours before my appt. Discovered this from my insurance provider, not the office staff. I also discovered that the prior approval was requested less than 12 hours from my appointment time. A competent practice requires both a competent staff and provider. This practice is, in my view, not functioning at 100%.

I had an appointment June 4th with Dr. Zedalis over my sleep issues we talked for a bit he said he can't give me some medications but never said he can't give me medication made just for sleep he gave me samples of belsomra I was excited to maybe finally get some zzz's which 1st night was no sleep following evening I was taken to the ER for what turned out to be side effects that the drug belsomra has per ER doctor. I then called Dr. Zedalis office the following morning after ER visit to let him know about the ER visit and no one called me back I called again the following evening and was told doctor wasn't in so I waited till following Monday evening to call again finally talked to someone in the staff who said they would talk to Dr. Zedalis and call me back no one called back so I again called The following morning and talked to someone else from the staff that said Zedalis said he can't give me anything else I said guess it was a waste of time and money coming to a specialist she w

Great doctor and very helpful with my issues. The CPAP has helped my sleep disorder and changed my life for the better. Wife is sleeping better too.

I had horrible customer service and it really surprised me. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to or how I was treated. If you have issues or concerns this might not be the place for you- they like you to do exactly as they say without question. And sometimes I have questions or concerns of my own. And that isn’t liked here. So be ware.

Dr Zedalis takes his time explaining your condition and ways to best treat it. I highly recommend him.

LIAR! He said that he did not know I was on alprazulam or he would of never purscribed me Lunesta ,my records indicated the zannax and lunesta together on every page.I had been going there for 8 years. He behaived like he was going to loose his liscense.I never seen any doctor so upset except the one accross from hospitol,he had a tantrum!

I would NOT reccomend this place to no one. They get you in there you go pick up your in home sleep study pack, but they never call you back. You call them they are very unprofessional and gives excuses why they haven't returned your call.
