Dr Carstens is an excellent very thoughtful doctor & have a lot of faith in her and her ability diagnosis but also the negative is office is horrible in that you have errors in billing, time for wait can be unbelievable and same with getting an appt. looong wait.. Just today my husband had to get a special test for his breathing due to a test result..he has been in that office since 9:30 just told he cant be seen till 1:30 pm.. seriously???
