I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nembhard On Monday, Feb 27,2017 at 11:00 am. When i arrived, i found that the office moved to an address nearby. I spoke to one of the staff and explained to him the issue. He told me that they switched my appointment to a nurse practitioner. I asked how could they do that without giving me a heads up, he responded that it is not his responsibility and he put me on hold. Another person came on whose english was totally inadequate and incomprehensible.

Very Knowledgeable. Has been my physician for the last 4 years and Has a great Knowledge about my mother and father. I think he specializes in Geriatrics or elderly.
