Actually listens
Telehealth
It is very difficult to find a primary care doctor in New York. Much less a good one. After going through dozens of providers, I was finally able to find Dr. Chavez out of recommendations from relatives and friends. Even with the limited time allotted to each patient, Dr. Chavez actually sat down with me and listened. We were able to come up with an easy-to-follow plan for my conditions and I finally got them under control. I cannot recommend her enough.

She saved my life
If it wasn't for Dr. Chavez, I would not be able to write this review right now. After several visits to Mt Sinai ER in Manhattan, I was sent home 3 times without any xrays or treatment. Dr. Chavez actually took the time to examine me and proposed an MRI. The MRI discovered a nasty tumor behind my pancreas. She sent me to a surgeon and now I am cancer free.

Actually knows how to treat people
Dr. Chavez was one of the few physicians that spoke Spanish in Ryan Center. She is kind, smart and formed great relationships with her patients. I am very grateful of her care with my parents.

Amazing physician

Dr. Chavez was one of the few people in my entire healthcare journey that actually listened and understood my concerns. She is empathic, knowledgeable and, most importantly, a genuinely nice human being. I would recommend her services anytime.
