Went in with my elderly grandma who was feeling sick and they did not test for Covid. I decided to after the appointment and it was positive. I tried calling this office multiple times with no response to get medication to help my grandma. I decided to drive over there and was told they couldn’t give any medication to help even though there is a medication to help people with covid over 65 yrs. I was told the Dr.ling had left early, which she had not and had to talk to the manager to get care for my grandma. It shouldn’t be this difficult to help patients especially if they come to you the same day and you misdiagnose them. Never go here and please if you do make sure your family members are being treated right and fair.

Have been a patient of Dr. Ling's for a number of years. Dr. Ling, her nurses & front desk staff are excellent. The problem is their billing department. They double charge & are unwilling to admit or correct the problem. They will tell you that you do not know what you are talking about. Three months later with help of my insurance company they finally realized it was a double charge. They would not issue the monetary credit on my next visit. Explained that it is a third party issue not theirs. Beware of their charges. Would give Dr. Ling 5 stars but her billing department 0 stars if I could.

After being a patient for over a year Dr. Ling has been consistent in referring me to other doctors but has done very little to treat me herself. Although I see her almost every 3 months, she has only addressed 1 of my concerns. At first I was excited to find a dr that I thought cared but I soon realized I was wrong. Don't think that you will receive the same time and attention from Dr Ling that you see in the beginning.

I had a new patient appointment due to a change of my former insurance and doctor..The doctor was very caring and professional. Like she asked me what can I do for you today. I said I'm here for several issue's. I need a. PCP. And the questions she asked were basic .it then would lead to my issue's like a dermatology issue's. And concerns that I have with some ct scan results and findings. I need to know what to do about if I want follow up with the particular tests. And she was very helpful .

Dr. Ling is not only a very knowledgeable MD, but she is a compassionate MD, one who listens to her patients. I have never felt rushed with her. She is warm and explains all she is prescribing for you and why. I live on the east side of town, but go west so I can continue to have her as my Primary Care MD.. I feel she knows me and my health history and to an older person, that means much.

I was very impressed with Dr Ling's thoroughness and caring manner. This was my 1st appt with this office and I wasn't sure what to expect since I had to pick an MD from a list for my insurance and I had never heard of any of the doctors. Dr Ling makes you feel very comfortable talking to her and her explanations are easy to understand.

In a word: Awesome doctor. Dr Ling is easily the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to any questions that you may have, and does an outstanding job of addressing those questions. I always feel like I am receiving the best care possible. I have been a patient for many years and will continue with her as long as she has a practice. I would recommend Dr. Ling to anyone that is looking for an outstanding physician who truly cares about her patients.

I absolutely love Dr. Doris Ling. I have recommended her to all my family, friends, and coworkers. She takes her time to get to know her patients. She is professional but human, it's not all about the diagnosis or work. Her staff is great too! I highly recommend Dr. Ling as anyone's PCP.
